Work experience in AD Company 16 years ago, 

Cindy Zeng and her husband Laodan founded Hart Centre of Arts in Beijing in 2003, 

which is an independent multi-disciplinary art centre and her curatorial experiences reflect a focal point on a multi-disciplinary approach in promoting contemporary art in an international context. 

She has organized cultural exchange festivals in several countries (India, Spain, and Mexico), 

film festivals (France, China) and co-organized art workshops and exhibitions as well as theatre projects (France, Canada).

In 2006 Cindy Zeng studied Independent Film industry in U.S. After that, 

she takes more time for documentary and independent film production, 

as the producer and production coordinator her partners are the new generation Chinese director and French documentary 

production company.
